She is a talented singer, songwriter who has a versatile voice that she uses to sing all kinds of genres. She wrote most of the songs for  Matshepho band,  she is focusing on her solo career as a Gospel artist and wants to reach out to the world with her music. She released a single titled “Uyabusa”

Zanele was born and raised in Witbank, Emalahleni. She started her musical career at a young age,  her father noticed her singing talent and encouraged her to sing. she joined the choir called Holy Spiritual, and soon after she joined a church choir  (AFM Ackerville) named  “The Angels” through which she also sang a duet with a band named “Whispering Hope”. they entered  Shell Road to Fame competition in  which was aired on SABC TV and  won   the  first prize under  Group category.
